Notice requiring payment of outstanding rates or service charges

In accordance with Schedule 6.3 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire provides notice of the requirement for payment of outstanding rates or service charges as follows:

• Michael James Wasley for 7 (Lot 5) Bride Street, Mingenew – Form 4 attached
• Malcolm Dennis Jackson for 20 (Lot 169) Linthorne Street, Mingenew – Form 4 attached

Within three (3) months from the date of this notice (19 December 2024) the local government will, pursuant to s.6.64 of the Local Government Act 1995, offer the land for sale by public auction at a time and place appointed by the local government, should the outstanding amount not be paid.
