Special Council Meeting – 16 July 2025

A Special Meeting of Council is to be held at 5:00pm on Wednesday, 16 July 2025 in the Council Chambers in accordance with Regulation 12(3) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider:

• The imposition of fees & charges relating to the hire of Midlands Road Office (former Expo Office); and
• Offer from GROH to purchase Lot 107 Victoria Road, Mingenew and readvertising of the business case for a major land transaction;
• Budget amendment to purchase multi-tyred roller from plant reserve; and
• The disposal of property (by lease) process for the new childcare facility.
