Shire of Mingenew Local Laws
Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995, The Shire of Mingenew hereby gives notice that it has made the following local laws
Cemeteries Local Law 2017
The purpose of this law is to provide for the regulation management and control of cemetery activities within the district.
The effect of this law is the establishment of requirements for which any persons using the cemetery must comply with.
Standing Orders Local Law 2017
The purpose of this law is to provide good governance in council meeting processes.
The effect of this law is more efficient and effective local government meeting procedures are in place.
These local laws were gazetted on 27th October 2017 and will come into operation on the 14th November 2017.
