President and Deputy President Election Results

At a Special Council Meeting on Wednesday 20 November 2019, Council elected its President and Deputy President.

The results were as follows:

Shire President:

Gary Cosgrove – 4 votes (Elected)

Helen Newton – 3 votes

Shire Deputy President

Robert Newton – Elected unopposed

President Cosgrove and Deputy President R Newton have been elected to serve until 16 October 2021.
