POOL/SPA BARRIER INSPECTIONS
2019

Notice is hereby given to owners and occupiers that private pool and spa barrier inspections will be commencing throughout the Shire of Mingenew in the coming new year as per the Building Regulations 2012.

This is a timely reminder to property owners and occupiers that under these Regulations you have a legal obligation to maintain your pool/spa safety barriers at all times and in accordance with the Building Regulations 2012.

If you wish to seek further information about your barriers prior to inspection, please contact the City of Greater Geraldton’s Building Department on (08) 9956 6600.

If you have a property with a pool or spa, please ensure it is listed with the Shire, which can be done via email enquires@mingenew.wa.gov.au or at the office reception, so it can placed on the Pool Register.
