Major Land Transaction (GROH houses) – Invitation to Comment

The Shire of Mingenew is proposing to commence a major housing project that includes the construction and lease of 2 x residential homes for GROH . This business plan has been separated and amended from the previous business case advertised.

 

A business plan has been developed by the Shire of Mingenew for the proposed development and is available from the Shire Administration (see below for address) or by clicking here.

 

The Shire invites community members to make a submission on the Business Plan. Council will review the submissions received and consider whether to proceed with the major land transaction after consideration of all submissions.

 

Submissions may be lodged with the Shire’s Chief Executive Officer via the following methods:
