Expressions of Interest Sought: Mingenew Railway Station

The Shire of Mingenew is in the process of commencing the restoration of the Railway Station with the aim of utilizing the building for community groups or interested persons throughout the region.

It is envisaged that it could become a cultural centre for the wider community holding small events there, such as workshops as well as making space available for resident artists and community groups. Some smaller rooms of the building could also be used as hot office space, and there could also be an area for children’s dance classes or other activities to be held.

We are calling for expressions of interest from community groups or interested persons, who feel they could make use of this building, along with any further ideas you feel this building could be utilized for, creating benefit for the wider community.
