Racing in the Mid West is back for 2023, and for a centenary celebration no less! Mingenew Races is excited to be celebrating 100 years this Saturday 11 March at the Mingenew Turf Club. Set to be a sell-out stellar event, make sure you put this one in the calendar. With visitors from all over Western Australia coming to enjoy a true rural racing experience, it’s an event you definitely won’t want to miss! Tickets are just $15, so get yours quick!
What is involved?
Along with the six races throughout the day, there is a bunch of fantastic entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. So suit up or don your best frock for a full race day of fun, fashion, fireworks and more!

Where do I buy tickets?
This event has been so popular that the current allocation of online tickets is now SOLD OUT. Please check back for more information and additional ticket updates very soon! There will also be a limited number of DOOR SALES available for walk-ins on the day of the event.
Where do I stay?
Mingenew
Stay at one of the Mid West’s most iconic pubs, the Mingenew Hotel, or the welcoming and friendly Mingenew Spring Caravan Park. Make sure you book in advance as these spots will fill up quickly! Alternatively just outside of town, you can camp at Coalseam Conservation Park, Enanty Barn or Yandanooka Hall. Please note you must be self-contained for these camping sites.
Dongara
From caravan parks and camping to holiday houses and hotels, there are also many accommodation options available in Dongara. Just over half an hour from Mingenew out on the coast, you can catch the shuttle bus to and from the races.
How do I get there?
