Disposal of Property – Public Submissions Invited

In accordance with s.3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Mingenew gives notice of the proposed disposition of the following properties:

• 70 Midlands Road, Mingenew (Reserve 36604)

By Licence to Elders Rural services Australia Limited for the purpose of “the storage of any product or item related to any operation of any business of the Lessee which may include, but is not limited to, the storage of tanks, trailers, trucks, field bins, sheep feeders and related activities or any other lawful use.” The proposed disposal price is $1,820 ex GST per annum, and term is 5 years (with 3 x 5 year extension options).

• 4-6 Eleanor Street, Mingenew

By Lease to Gradow Pty Ltd (trading as Great Southern Fuels) for the purpose of “providing an unmanned fuel supply service and public amenities.” The proposed disposal price is $17,500 ex GST per annum and term is 5 years (with 3 x 5 year extension options).
