Yandanooka Stargazing Night
Join us for a guided laser tour of the night sky and enjoy stunning views of expansive nebulae and sparkling clusters of stars. Learn all about the rich lore of the constellations and try out our new photography pad and giant interactive planisphere!
With an awesome interactive game to earn ‘future astronomer’ prize packs, it’s fun for the whole family!
6:15 PM – 7:00 PM – Light Pollution and Eclipses
7:00 PM – 8:45 PM – Stargazing
Location – Yandanooka Hall. Railway Street (off Yandanooka North-East Rd), Yandanooka, WA.
What to Bring – Chairs, rugs, picnics, drinks, torches, warm clothes, fly net and insect repellent. If you have binoculars or your own telescope, bring them along. If you don’t that’s okay – there will be telescopes set up to share.
