Notice of Executive Management Committee Meeting

The Shire of Mingenew advises that a Shire of Mingenew Executive Management Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, 30 July 2019 commencing at 4:30pm to review and make recommendations to Council on the Chief Executive Officer’s performance review. The meeting will be closed to members of the public in accordance with s.5.27(2)(a) of the Local Government Act 1995 which relates to when a matter to be dealt with at the meeting is a matter affecting an employee or employees. The Executive Management Committee has delegated authority to conduct the CEO Performance Review under s5.28 of the Local Government Act 1995 and R18D of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996.
