The Shire of Mingenew currently has one 2×1 Until available for rent on King Street. Applicants should provide a letter outlining the reasons for requesting one of the units and as a guide the following information should be provided;
o Name and age of applicant(s)
o Current Address
o Awareness of any Medical Conditions
o Pets
o Any Other Information you may consider important
To be considered for the Independent Living Units applicants must be over the age of 55 and successful person(s) will be selected based on the information provided in their letters of submission.
Expressions of Interest will be received until 4.30pm on Friday 1 March 2019 and should be marked to the attention of the Community Services Coordinator and titled “Expressions of Interest – Independent Living Units”.
