Community Resource Centre

Community Resource Centres, formerly known as Telecentres, are community-owned and managed hubs for information and technology. The Mingenew CRC was founded with the initial goal of providing information technology, internet access, and resources to the local community.

Currently, the CRC offers a range of services, events, and workshops tailored for individuals and businesses alike. Public computers are accessible for those without their own internet resources.

Functioning as a Centrelink Access Point, the CRC provides phone, fax, and information display services for Centrelink customers. Additionally, official Centrelink documents can be certified here.

What the CRC Can Do for You

Community & Business Referrals, Conference Room Hire, Hot Desk Hire, Video Conference Service, Computer/Internet Access, Photo Printing, Photocopying, Community Care Program, Community Events & Workshops, Desktop publishing, Centrelink Access Point, Secretarial Services, Flyer production, Grant writing

Mingenew Matters 

The Mingenew Community Resource Centre creates and produces the local weekly newsletter “Mingenew Matters”, sponsored by the Shire of Mingenew. Contact the CRC for further details or email mingenewmatters@mingenew.wa.au

Mingenew Post Office & Gift Shop

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (closed for lunch 12.30pm – 1.00pm).

Mingenew CRC also runs the Mingenew Post Office. Drop in and check out the large range of competitively priced books, gifts, homewares, appliances, ASTV products, toys, stationery and office equipment.

The Exchange & Gallery Mingenew

Opening Hours: Tuesday – Friday 10.00am-2.00pm

The Mingenew CRC are proud to partner with North Midlands Project to introduce The Exchange & Gallery Mingenew—a vibrant community space for connection, creativity, and engagement.

This multifunctional hub offers a book exchange, relaxation area, coffee corner, meeting space, art gallery, and visitor information, catering to the diverse needs of our community.
