Results of Election – Two Candidates Elected Unopposed
5 September 2025

At the close of nominations at 4:00pm Thursday 4 September 2025, the Shire had received two nominations.

As a result the following candidates have been elected unopposed:

  • Jonathan Holmes (term expiry 20 October 2029)

  • Naomi Obst (term expiry 20 October 2029)

As there were four vacancies and only two positions filled, the Shire will need to conduct an Extraordinary Election for the remaining two vacancies:

  • One 4 year-term (20 October 2029)

  • One 2 year-term (16 October 2027)
