Dedication of a portion of Stock Rout Reserve 10876 as a Road

The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (DPLH) have received a proposal from Hancock Energy to dedicate a portion of Crown Reserve 10867 as a road (indicated in blue in the map below). The Reserve is formally only recognised as a stock route but has been operating as a public road for decades (Yandanooka West Road).

To facilitate the dedication, the Shire must comply with s.56 of the Land Administration Act 1997 and Regulation 8 of the Land Administration Regulations 1998.
