An Annual General Meeting of Electors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 4 February 2026 in the Council Chambers, 21 Victoria Street, Mingenew, commencing at 5:00pm.

The purpose of the meeting and order of business for matters to be discussed at the meeting are firstly, the contents of the 2024-25 Annual Report and then any other general business.
