Bowls Club

Season: October – March.
Starting times: Wednesdays – names in by 9 am for a 9:30 am start. | Sundays – names in by 1 pm for a 1:30 pm start (unless otherwise stated).
Additional information: Carnamah has the galah this year, date TBA.

Season: April 2019 – September 2019.

Golf Club

Season: Usually starts on the first weekend in May and finishes on the third weekend of September.

Competitions:

  • Men and Ladies can play competitions on Sundays. Names in by 12 noon with hit off at 12:30 pm.
  • Ladies will have a 9 or 18 hole competition on Thursdays. Names in by 9 am with hit off at 9:30 am.

Season: Follows winter sports fixtures April – September. Currently Wednesday, 6 pm at the Hockey field.

Netball Club

Season: April – September.
Fixture dates: Home and Away games played on weekends.
Training dates: Thursday night from 6 pm to 7:30 pm.

Membership info: Mingenew Netball Club is a part of The North Midlands Netball Association. We fill two Senior teams, one Junior team (10 yrs – 12 yrs) and a Net Set Go (5 yrs – 10 yrs). Anyone interested in playing Netball or becoming a social member should contact our President via our club email or look us up on Facebook.

Season start/finish: July through to November (in the Mid West July/September).
Irwin Polocrosse Carnival: 10th & 11th August. Bar and Roast dinner Saturday night, commentated finals Sunday from 10 am.

Turf Club

The Mingenew Races is run by the Mingenew Turf Club Committee and will be held on Saturday 16th March 2019.

Experience magnificent panoramic views of the district. The perfectly located Mingenew Recreation Centre overlooks a well-maintained grassed racetrack, which in turn surrounds the football oval and part of the local golf course.

Ultimate Frisbee

Where: Mingenew Hockey Field
When: Tuesday evenings from 6 pm

Largely for fun and fitness, our season runs outside the winter sports calendar (early September to early November, and early February into March). All levels of age and ability are welcome.
