An Annual General Meeting of Electors is scheduled to be held on Monday, 8 February 2021 in the Council Chambers, 21 Victoria Street, Mingenew, commencing at 5:30pm.

The purpose of the meeting and order of business for matters to be discussed at the meeting are firstly, the contents of the 2019/20 Annual Report and then any other general business.
